Banana Bread

A moist and delicious banana bread that's perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients:
- ripe bananas - 3 bananas (3 bananas)
- unsalted butter - 115 grams (0.5 cup)
- granulated sugar - 150 grams (0.75 cup)
- large egg - 1 egg (1 egg)
- vanilla extract - 5 milliliters (1 teaspoon)
- all-purpose flour - 180 grams (1.5 cups)
- baking soda - 5 grams (1 teaspoon)
- salt - 2.5 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes:
For added texture and flavor, you can mix in 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
