Sizzling hot chicken fajitas with colorful bell peppers and onions, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients:

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced - 450 grams (1 pound)
  • bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), sliced - 3 peppers (3 peppers)
  • onion, sliced - 1 onion (1 onion)
  • olive oil - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
  • chili powder - 7 grams (1 tablespoon)
  • ground cumin - 2 grams (1 teaspoon)
  • garlic powder - 3 grams (1 teaspoon)
  • salt - 2.5 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
  • black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)
  • flour tortillas - 8 tortillas (8 tortillas)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Stir-fry the mixture until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.
  6. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture on the warm tortillas, and let everyone assemble their own fajitas.
