Greek Salad

A refreshing and healthy salad with Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients:
- romaine lettuce, chopped - 400 grams (4 cups)
- cherry tomatoes, halved - 200 grams (1 cup)
- cucumber, sliced - 1 cucumber (1 cucumber)
- red onion, thinly sliced - 0.5 onion (0.5 onion)
- Kalamata olives - 60 grams (0.5 cup)
- feta cheese, crumbled - 60 grams (0.5 cup)
- extra-virgin olive oil - 60 milliliters (0.25 cup)
- red wine vinegar - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
- dried oregano - 2 grams (1 teaspoon)
- salt - 2.5 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
- black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes:
For added protein, you can include grilled chicken or chickpeas.
