Grilled Salmon

A simple and healthy grilled salmon recipe with a lemon-herb marinade.
Ingredients:
- salmon fillets - 4 fillets (4 fillets)
- lemon juice - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
- olive oil - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
- garlic - 2 cloves (2 cloves)
- dried oregano - 2.5 grams (1 teaspoon)
- salt - 2.5 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
- black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.
Notes:
You can also bake the salmon in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes.
