A delicious and creamy avocado dip perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • ripe avocados - 3 avocados (3 avocados)
  • lime juice - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
  • diced red onion - 60 grams (0.25 cup)
  • chopped cilantro - 8 grams (2 tablespoons)
  • diced jalapeño - 1 jalapeño (1 jalapeño)
  • salt - 2.5 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
  • black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the lime juice, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes:

For a smoother guacamole, use a food processor or blender to mix the ingredients.
