Guacamole

A delicious and creamy avocado dip perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients:
- ripe avocados - 3 avocados (3 avocados)
- lime juice - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
- diced red onion - 60 grams (0.25 cup)
- chopped cilantro - 8 grams (2 tablespoons)
- diced jalapeño - 1 jalapeño (1 jalapeño)
- salt - 2.5 grams (0.5 teaspoon)
- black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Stir in the lime juice, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
Notes:
For a smoother guacamole, use a food processor or blender to mix the ingredients.
