Honey Mustard Dressing

A sweet and tangy dressing perfect for salads or as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
- Dijon mustard - 60 grams (0.25 cup)
- honey - 85 grams (0.25 cup)
- apple cider vinegar - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
- olive oil - 120 milliliters (0.5 cup)
- garlic clove, minced - 1 clove (1 clove)
- salt - 1.5 grams (0.25 teaspoon)
- black pepper - 0.5 gram (0.125 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- In a bowl or jar, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while constantly whisking until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning or sweetness as needed.
- Use the honey mustard dressing immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes:
For a creamier dressing, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
