A sweet and tangy dressing perfect for salads or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Dijon mustard - 60 grams (0.25 cup)
  • honey - 85 grams (0.25 cup)
  • apple cider vinegar - 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons)
  • olive oil - 120 milliliters (0.5 cup)
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 clove (1 clove)
  • salt - 1.5 grams (0.25 teaspoon)
  • black pepper - 0.5 gram (0.125 teaspoon)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while constantly whisking until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning or sweetness as needed.
  4. Use the honey mustard dressing immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes:

For a creamier dressing, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
