A creamy and cheesy dip loaded with spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese, softened - 225 grams (8 ounces)
  • sour cream - 120 grams (0.5 cup)
  • mayonnaise - 60 grams (0.25 cup)
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams (0.5 cup)
  • grated mozzarella cheese - 50 grams (0.5 cup)
  • garlic, minced - 2 cloves (2 cloves)
  • frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 280 grams (10 ounces)
  • canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 400 grams (14 ounces)
  • salt - 1.5 grams (0.25 teaspoon)
  • black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette.

Notes:

You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
