Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A creamy and cheesy dip loaded with spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 225 grams (8 ounces)
- sour cream - 120 grams (0.5 cup)
- mayonnaise - 60 grams (0.25 cup)
- grated Parmesan cheese - 50 grams (0.5 cup)
- grated mozzarella cheese - 50 grams (0.5 cup)
- garlic, minced - 2 cloves (2 cloves)
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry - 280 grams (10 ounces)
- canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 400 grams (14 ounces)
- salt - 1.5 grams (0.25 teaspoon)
- black pepper - 1 gram (0.25 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers, chips, or sliced baguette.
Notes:
You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
